Hello! Birdsong Apothecary is the brainchild of Danielle Tsi, an Intuition Medicine® practitioner and herbalist currently living in rural West Sonoma County, California.

Her apothecary offerings are an invitation to consider and experience the joy and sensuality that medicinal plants can bring into our lives. When used with intention and care, this relationship with our plant allies supports our spiritual journey and enhances alignment of body, mind and spirit.

For those ingredients that we are unable to produce on our own, we source from the following enterprises each with their own rigorous standards for high quality products sourced or produced through a sustainable, transparent and equitable supply chain.

You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the initial order. Send us a note through our Contact Form with your order number in the subject line with your request.

Refunds on order cancellations are subject to a $10 processing fee which will be deducted from your refund amount.

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided upon checkout.

The Apothecary is a small (one-woman) operation working hard to ensure that your orders are thoughtfully and safely packaged and shipped in a timely fashion. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and shipping.

If you have concerns or need delivery by a specific date, please write to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please reference that tracking number to locate your package. Once your order has been picked up by the delivery company, we only have as much information as we have provided regarding the whereabouts of your order.

Please allow 2-4 days for your package to be delivered once shipped. We are unable to make date-based delivery guarantees. 

We use USPS 2-3 days’ priority mail. Shipping rates are subject to change based on carrier rates.

Yes! Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders at or above $90 (for domestic orders only).
